In brief
We file every row by one fixed rule: lane first, then alphabetical. No payment can move that order.
Each seller cell says published or absent. If we never read the page, it says not established; we don't guess. You can see the states at work in the laboratory supply lane and the pharmacy lane.
This is our full method, so anyone can rebuild a row from scratch, or throw one out with a reason. It covers what a cell can say, how it's dated, what removes a row, and why position isn't a score.
What can a seller cell say?
One of three things, and we never blur them together:
- Published: the file opens on the seller's own pages, with no email and no account.
- Absent: no file turned up. That's a note about the record, not a charge against the material.
- Not established, page not read: we didn't read the page, so we don't say.
How do we confirm a route?
Only from the seller's own live pages. Never from a directory, a listing title, a search snippet, or the look of a domain name.
If we didn't read it, the cell says not established, page not read, with the date we compiled the row. On this build we fetched no page under the ranked commercial domains, so every commercial cell says that. A blank cell is a fair answer, and always better than a guess.
What removes a row?
We leave out discussion sites, because they aren't places to buy. reddit.com and facebook.com both ranked, but we read no thread, post or profile on either this run.
We don't cite a source that failed to load at all. A failed fetch says something about our tools, not the page, so we stay silent rather than guess.
Is position a score?
No. Rows go by lane, then alphabetical within a lane. Both steps follow a rule, and neither is for sale. A seller that pays sits exactly where one that pays nothing sits, if their lane and paperwork match. See who pays for what.
Scope and research use
We report only what a federal label record states and what a seller publishes where you can open it; open-shelf material is lab stock, not an approved medicine, as those storefronts say themselves.
We weigh no one's situation, call nothing safe or effective, describe no procedure, and leave any question about a person to a licensed clinician.
